Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Ranch Seasoning (2T)
1 packet Au Jus powder mix
Pepperoncini peppers (to taste, sliced)
1/4 cup unsalted butter; sliced
Parsley for garnish
Nonstick cooking spray
Optional; shredded cheese of choice (not in macros)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425, and spray a glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
Season the top and botton of chicken breasts with ranch seasoning and au jus mix (do not add water, just use the powder)
Top with pepperoncini peppers and butter slices
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees. If adding cheese, add it on top for the last few minutes of baking time
