Ingredients
2.25 Cups low fat Greek Yogurt
6 Eggs
1 T maple syrup or sugar, to taste
1 T Vanilla
1 Cup All purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
Toppings - Berries of your choice
Preparation
Mix the wet ingredients together
Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine
Divide into three greased glass containers
Top with Berries
Bake at 350 for about 20 - 25 minutes

Store in the fridge
Reheat in microwave before serving
